Piction is a family-owned architectural visualization studio founded by Julian Araya in 2019 in Rosario, Argentina. With more than 10 years of experience in the 3D rendering industry, Julian has collaborated with leading architects, real estate developers, and design studios across the United States and Europe.

Today, Piction is a US-focused visualization studio specializing in photorealistic marketing imagery for residential, multifamily, and commercial developments. Julian works alongside his brother, Mariano Araya, and cousin, Rafael Araya, bringing together a close-knit team with a shared background in architecture, design, and visual storytelling.

We work directly with developers, architects, and marketing teams to create high-end imagery throughout the development process — from early design and approvals to construction and final marketing campaigns.
