Piction is an architectural visualization studio founded by Julian Araya in 2019 in Rosario, Argentina. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Julian has collaborated with leading architects, real estate developers, and design studios across the United States and Europe.

Today, Piction specializes in photorealistic marketing imagery for residential, multifamily, and commercial developments. The studio is led by Julian alongside Mariano Araya and Rafael Araya, bringing together a focused team with a strong background in architecture, design, and visual storytelling.

We work directly with developers, architects, and marketing teams to create high-end imagery throughout every stage of the development process — from early design and approvals through construction and final marketing campaigns.
